We’re going to be trying something new – express lunch classes! These will be quick, 30 minute classes designed to get you in, out, and back to work in a very reasonable amount of time. Perfect for busy people! If these go well, we promise we’ll add some to Mondays schedule as well 🙂 SO come try one, let us know what you think, and we look forward to helping you accomplish your fitness goals…even if you’re crunched for time!

Kettlebell Cardio – Wednesdays at NOON

30 minutes of combinations of swings, get ups, burpees, etc. to get and keep your heart rate up! We will warm up for 5-7 minutes, then it’s going to be intervals, rounds, reps, sprints, or anything that sounds awesome to get your heart rate up and keep it there – it should be a real kick!

Hip/Core – Wednesdays at 12:30

Our Hip/Core classes are becoming increasingly popular, so we thought we’d give you a not-as-sweaty lunch time workout option. The Hip/Core class is 30 straight minutes of just that…hip strengthening and core strengthening. You will work hard without working up an insane sweat – a great class for those who have that important business presentation or team meeting right after lunch 🙂
