Alaris Fitness is different – period.

We are NOT a large bootcamp facility, but rather a small, boutique kettlebell strength and endurance facility focused on meeting the individual needs of our clients. 

Our Weekly Class schedule is full of different – but complimentary – classes. If your goal is to get stronger, we have a combination of classes to get you there. If your goal is to have fun with cross training for your primary sport, we have a track to help with that too. We do not believe in a “one size fits all” approach, but rather, we program our workouts so we can help our clients find modifications to meet their goals.

Our group strength classes are small (no more than 8/class), so you are truly in a semi-private, hands on training facility. We have fun, swearing is totally acceptable, and sometimes we like to dance if Beyonce is pumping on the stereo. We promise it’s unlike any other group program you’ve done and you’ll love the results.

Here’s a sample workout to give you an idea of what we do…

Lifts:

Kettlebell Windmills + Negative Pushups

Workout 1: EMOTM (ever minute on the minute) 6 minutes:

12 Kettlebell swings + 6 Kettlebell squats

Workout 2: AMRAP (as many rounds/reps as possible) 8 minutes:

Overhead Walking Lunges + 10 Burpees + Backward Bear Crawl + 10 Situps

End with Core Work
