From Raquel Alvarado: I wake up at 5 a.m. 3 days a week, not because I love mornings, because trust me, I don’t, but because I’ve fallen in love with Alaris Fitness. Just over a year ago I attended a free class and I never stopped going. At first I swore fitness would never be something I was meant to be a part of. I thought I was going to die during every workout, but as the weeks passed I slowly felt myself getting stronger and faster. Each milestone I reach is my motivation to never give up, and more importantly, a reminder to never doubt what I am capable of.

danceI am so thankful to the wonderful coaches at Alaris. They provide us with variety in our classes by keeping things interesting and unpredictable, they keep our class sizes small, allowing for that individualized attention needed to ensure proper form and therefore getting the most out of every workout. Most importantly I love the person I have become. My family, my roller derby team, everyone around me, has noticed not only the physical changes I have gone through, but they have seen my personality become a stronger and more confident one as well. I can’t imagine life without Alaris, and am so thankful that I went to that free class…who knew how much it would change my life.
